These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Player,” “you,” “your”) and Akibawin Casino (“Akibawin,” “we,” “us,” “our”) in connection with your access to and use of the Akibawin website, gaming platform, and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.5 Akibawin operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and maintains a Know Your Customer (KYC) program as required by its licensing obligations.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register an account with Akibawin, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher
• Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register player accounts)
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Not be a current or former employee of Akibawin or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such an employee

2.2 Account Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts (whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact information) is prohibited. Akibawin reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts identified and to withhold any bonus funds associated with such accounts.

2.4 Account Security

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Akibawin will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account that arose due to the Player’s failure to maintain credential security. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to Akibawin support immediately.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

Akibawin may at any time require Players to submit identity verification documentation, including:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver’s licence, national identity card)
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, official government correspondence)
• Payment method verification documents

Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. Akibawin reserves the right to suspend account activity during the verification process.

3. Bonus Terms

3.1 Welcome Bonus

The standard welcome bonus at Akibawin is a 150% deposit match on the first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum bonus of C$1,400.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds, including the welcome bonus, are subject to a wagering requirement of 35x (thirty-five times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

Example: A bonus of C$200 requires C$7,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

3.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While any bonus is active on an account, the maximum permitted bet per spin, hand, or round is C$5.00. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the immediate voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings without notice.

3.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:

• Scratch Cards: 50%

3.5 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

3.6 Bonus Abuse

Akibawin reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, use of irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, use of low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play engagement, or collusion between players.

3.7 Promo Codes

Promotional codes must be entered prior to the qualifying deposit being processed. Codes cannot be applied retroactively. Only one promo code may be applied per deposit.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Akibawin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods including Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, selected cryptocurrencies, and Trustly (Pay N Play). The available methods are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by jurisdiction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to the Player’s account immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor, except where a manual review is triggered by the platform’s AML monitoring systems, in which case processing may be delayed pending review.

4.4 Currency

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, in compliance with AML obligations. Akibawin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if the transaction triggers AML screening criteria.

5. Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Processing Times

Akibawin processes withdrawal requests within 24 to 48 hours on business days. The time from processed withdrawal to receipt of funds depends on the payment method selected.

5.2 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Withdrawals will not be processed until:

• The Player’s account has been fully verified (KYC complete)
• Any active wagering requirements associated with bonus funds have been completed
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold

5.3 Right to Refuse

Akibawin reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending investigation of suspected fraud, AML concerns, or Terms violations. Players will be notified of any hold on a withdrawal and the general reason for the hold where permissible under applicable law.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Akibawin is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and provides Players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

6.2 Players may set or modify responsible gaming tools at any time from the account settings. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour waiting period before taking effect.

6.3 Players who wish to self-exclude from the platform may do so for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration.

6.4 Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Akibawin employs age verification measures and will close any account found to be operated by a minor, with all associated funds forfeited or returned to the depositing payment method.

7. Privacy

7.1 Akibawin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy is available on the website.

7.2 Player data is used for the purposes of account management, game provision, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming obligations. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or Terms interpretation, Players should contact Akibawin support in the first instance through the live chat or email channels.

8.2 Complaints not resolved at the first support level may be escalated by the Player to the Akibawin Compliance Department in writing. A formal response will be provided within 14 days of receipt.

8.3 If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process, they may refer the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Authority using the dispute mechanism described on the licensing authority’s website.

8.4 Game outcome disputes will be assessed using the game server log data, which is the authoritative record of all game rounds. The Player’s local display does not constitute the authoritative record in the event of a discrepancy.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.

9.2 Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that the Player may hold under the laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

9.3 Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall, to the extent not addressed by the dispute resolution process set out in Section 8, be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
